Steps at Qatar Visa Center
- Submit your appointment letter, and original and valid copy of your passport and other documents as per the checklist for verification
- Receive a token and be seated in the waiting area for your number to be called
- Upon token being called, please head to the designated biometric booth
- Enroll your fingerprints, iris scan, facial capture and sign the employment contract – if applicable
Steps at Medical Facility at QVC
- Head to the Medical Facility reception counter with same token
- Register at the reception
- Receive a token and be seated in the waiting area for your number to be called
- Upon token being called, please head to the nurse’s station for standard medical parameter measurement
- You are then redirected to the Nurse room where blood sample is collected, vaccination administered and eyesight recorded
- This is followed by X-Ray imaging
- Lastly, the visit to the medical facility is concluded with the visit to the Doctor for a general physical examination, after finishing this step, the applicant may leave QVC
Security Regulations at QVC
Access to the Qatar Visa Center is restricted to applicants only. A guardian must accompany applicants below the age of 16. Exceptions can be made whereby an applicant over the age of 60 is allowed to be accompanied by a caretaker. This exception also applies to applicants with a physical disability and interpreters for the hearing impaired.
Prohibited Items at the Qatar Visa Center
To maintain safety and security, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the Qatar Visa Center
- Electronic devices (cameras, USBs, laptops, etc.).
- Bags (only application-related plastic bags allowed).
- Sealed envelopes/packages.
- Flammable items (matchboxes, lighters, fuel).
- Sharp objects (scissors, knives, etc.).
- Weapons or explosive materials.
- Note: No storage facility is available for prohibited items. Please make alternate arrangements.Security Screening: Physical frisking and metal detectors (safe for all) may be used.
